The Long Wait

After getting prompt replies from their customer service, citing the blockage of shipment due to the current events which delayed their shipping for more than a month, I was amazed to discover that another shipment of mine (also from China) was delivered in less than 2 weeks. Really guys, you should know better to use that excuse bec of your delays. Either find a more plausible excuse or find a more efficient way of shipping goods.

My cat was also less than enthusiastic over her "much-awaited" toy. At 44€ for this thing, I'd say you're better off buying other cat toys from other companies.
